The accommodation is in two parts, a large apartment on the ground floor with large bedroom, living room, bathroom, we separate, kitchen, porch and part in the garden with 2 bedrooms with large wardrobes, french doors opening onto the garden and a toilet.
The 2 parts are connected by a very practical external staircase, 10 steps in total.
This particular provision allows, during the holidays, to be autonomous for children, couples, friends, etc.
In the garden you will find teak sun loungers with cushions, a table and chairs for al fresco dining, plancha for cooking your food, etc.
Possibility to park the car in the property, large free public parking at the bottom of the house.
